Empowering Aspiring Leaders Through Action
The Young Community Leadership Program (YCLP) is an applied, interdisciplinary leadership curriculum designed to equip emerging collegiate leaders with the competencies and ethical compass needed to generate sustainable community impact.
Emphasizing highly experiential coursework, authentic relationship building, and active field engagement, YCLP provides undergraduate students with hands-on practice in mentorship, team coaching, and civic initiative management.
Through structured partnerships with identified regional schools, YCLP participants plan and conduct intensive peer-mentoring circles, transforming theoretical leadership into real-world social uplift.

Three-Year Structured Experiential Learning
YCLP students are trained to identify and sensitively respond to the psycho-social, emotional, and leadership needs of adolescent students in partner schools. Working under faculty guidance, mentors deploy interactive pedagogical modules—integrating training workshops, reflective discussions, sports, music, theater, and arts—across a comprehensive three-year developmental roadmap.
Concurrently, collegiate scholars master the evidence-based DREAMS (Desire, Readiness, Empowerment, Action, Mastery) framework. They learn to draft, implement, and quantitatively evaluate tailored intervention plans that deliver durable, measurable improvements in the academic performance and emotional well-being of young mentees.

Develop leadership, peer mentoring, organizational management, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills through community-grounded field projects.
Psycho-Social Assessment
Learn observational frameworks and diagnostic tools to accurately assess psycho-social growth, emotional resilience, and leadership trajectory in adolescents.
Community Collaboration
Formulate empathetic, constructive responses to pressing community issues through multi-stakeholder collaboration with schools, families, and civic groups.
Talent-Driven Mentoring
Channel artistic talents, academic strengths, and sports aptitudes to nurture and elevate underperforming school students' self-belief and leadership acumen.

Dual Certification Pathways
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Students
Enrolled undergraduate students from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) receive the official certification of the Young Community Leadership Program (YCLP) alongside their final university graduation diploma, formally recognizing their academic coursework and dedicated field hours.
External Scholars & Global Volunteers
Participating scholars, exchange students, and volunteers from partnering external institutions receive an accredited, verifiable certificate of completion and community leadership credential issued directly by LET US DREAM.
