LLFP trains young leaders with aspiration, skills and competencies to address community needs.

Fellows receive mentorship and training to identify and solve community development issues with actionable project plans.

The fellowship promotes teamwork, skill development, and critical thinking, resulting in an empowered and sustainable community.

The application process for the Let Us Dream fellowship program is as follows:

Your written submission should include details about what makes your work unique and how it affects the community. Assume that we are not industry specialists and write simply for a broad audience.

Only applications submitted in English are accepted.

We will review all applications and notify applicants of their acceptance status.

Who should apply?

Eligibility requirements for applicants include:

  • Demonstrating a commitment to the community
  • Being aged between 18-26 at the start of the program (June 1, 2023)
  • Showing fluency in spoken and written English
  • Submitting a completed application on or before the submission date.
  • Having access to email and the internet and staying in constant contact with the Young Leaders Program mentor throughout the year

The Let Us DREAM (LUD) Fellowship program is an opportunity for young leaders to gain the skills and experience necessary to generate transformative social change. The program focuses on developing leadership, mentoring, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills through community-based initiatives.

The LUD Fellowship program can advance your professional career by providing personal and professional development opportunities, including professional coaching, educational programming, peer support, public speaking and media training, and practical experience to implement projects.

We are searching for individuals who have a track record of producing great work in their fields and who have outstanding moral integrity. Students from all disciplines are welcome to apply, as long as they are collegial learners.

The program is based on the belief in a global family, where each individual and society works interdependently to create a sustainable world. The program is composed of people who share this core value from all diversities around the world to support, guide, and lead this vision of holistic development in the growth of individuals and local communities.

Yes, the fellowship is structured on a monthly total working hours basis, which allows for flexibility and does not interfere with daily working and academic responsibilities.

The fellowship provides opportunities for research practices. The research team of Let Us DREAM is committed to the scientific evaluation of programs and their impact on participants and beneficiaries. The multidisciplinary team undertakes high-quality research that contributes to the overall improvement and efficacy of LUD.

Yes, the community engagement platform of Let Us Dream encourages presenting at national and international conferences, which can provide better networking opportunities for individuals and the LUD community

The fellowship program is a year-long program.

The fellowship program is open to applicants from all around the world. However, the location of the fellowship will be determined by the community-based initiative that the fellow is working on.

The fellowship program provides a stipend to cover expenses related to the fellowship program, including travel, accommodation, and other related costs. However, the program does not cover the cost of living expenses, as the fellowship is a non funded program.

The fellowship program is open to aspirants aged 18-26, who desire to effect meaningful community change in health, education or social activity, while growing in their ability to lead effectively.

The travel expenses will not be taken into consideration, however the accommodation will be provided for LUD Fellows.

As part of the application process, you may be required to submit letters of support or transcripts. Be sure to gather these materials well in advance of the application deadline, and check that they meet the requirements outlined in the application.

  • Potential applicants are often in the early stages of their careers or college students.
  • Potential applicants are those who are working for empowering others holistically and impacting society for sustainable improvement.
  • They are working with a good amount of originality and authenticity and based on some of the core values of LUD such as inclusion, equity, benevolence, collaboration, transformative and service leadership, talent enhancement and collective growth etc.



Selected LUD Fellows will be

  • Part of the global community and strategic leadership teams of LUD
  • Connect to a diverse network of professionals for support and resources.
  • Shadowing opportunities with leaders and project implementation meetings for a year.
  • Participation in monthly conversation meetings and leadership committees for local and international conferences.
  • Contribution to research and evaluation team.
  • Opportunity to attend Residential leadership training program in Bangalore.
