Jimmy Cherian

Jimmy Cherian is the President and Managing Trustee of Creating Futures, an NGO focused on skills development. He has been instrumental in the conceptualization and setting up of Creating Futures.
Prior to devoting his time completely to Creating Futures, Jimmy held various leadership roles in companies such as Volvo Group, Ciber, CapGemini, HP, and so on. He is a leadership and life skills coach, corporate trainer, and facilitator. He has been actively involved in the social development sector in the areas of Education, Child Welfare, Tribal Development, Rural Development, Skill Development, etc. 
Creating Futures was born from his vision to ensure meaningful and sustainable employment for all - through the development of right skills. Under his leadership, Creating Futures has been able to make a difference in the lives of many students.

Priya Krishnamurthy

Priya Krishnamurthy is co-founder and CEO of CMCA - Children’s Movement for Civic Awareness. The non-profit is focused on building citizenship and life skills in children and youth, with a mission to transform the young into concerned, thinking and active citizens, for an inclusive and sustainable India.
Her educational background is in psychology, literature, journalism, and management. She credits her years in her alma mater, Mount Carmel College Bangalore, as an empowering and positive influence in her journey. With two decades of experience in program design and developing content and pedagogy, CMCA’s programs are enjoyable and powerful because she is first a passionate practitioner. Her designs leverage daily life experiences with their complexity, spontaneity and humour and rely on the innate goodness, initiative, energy, and curiosity of the young, into which she weaves research-backed learning principles. She enjoys music and reading poetry and the old classics where she can, for some hours, slow down to a pace which seems so much more moderate than our contemporary times!.

Ms Nisha Joseph

Ms Nisha Joseph, Principal of St Anne’s Degree College for Women is a has two decades of rich teaching experience in the field of Management. She has double post graduation in Education and Management. She completed her Post Graduation from Mount Carmel Institute of Management and has also completed her M.Phil.
She has been instrumental in organizing various programmes in the college like Inter College Fest, National Seminar, Graduation Day etc. She played an instrumental role during the NAAC accreditation process of the institution. To her credit she has been the Head of the Department of Management for the past 6 years and has been paper setter for Post Graduation courses at CMR College. She is a member of the Board of examiners at NMKRV College.
She won first place in Wealth out of waste competition organized by School Guru and Karnataka State Open University. She strongly believes in team work and fostering values in students which enables them to excel in life.
