The LET US DREAM annual community conference organized by the Noda Centre-CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Thiruvanathapuram was conducted on 11th January 2020. The key theme of the conference ‘Community Interventions and Improvements’ and created a better networking and collaboration among volunteers, potential volunteers, Philanthropists, and community organizations, thereby empowering them in their diverse community improvement programs. The event was chaired by Mr Jimmy Immanuel and the Keynote speakers were K.Jayakumar I.A.S (Retd.) and Sheela Thomas I.A.S (Retd.). Around 248 participants had attended the conference making it a promising endeavor.

The Let Us Dream Conference was established in 2017 for the purpose of providing a forum for sharing experiences with successes and challenges in community improvement organizations and efforts.
Broad conference goals are to:
I. Improve networking and collaboration among all those interested in community improvement organizations and programs;
II. Promote volunteerism and empower all those involved in community improvement organizations and initiatives, including employees, volunteers, post-secondary students, researchers, and practitioners;
III. Create a professional learning organization dedicated to improving local communities and characterized by a culture of shared researcher and practitioner knowledge, skills, theories, and best practices.
